Andrew A. Reich

Protecting and Defending the Rights of Florida's Injured Workers

Born and raised in Toms River, New Jersey, Andy Reich graduated from Vermont Law School in 1991 and began his legal career as an Assistant Public Defender in Okeechobee. Andy offers strong insight into all perspectives of injury cases - he initially worked for well-known statewide defense firms in West Palm Beach representing insurance companies in workers' compensation matters, and then began representing injured workers when he moved to Martin County in 1994.

Today, Andy continues to relentlessly protect and defend Florida's injured workers. He is a very active board member of the "Friends of 440 Treasure Coast" - an organization that raises college scholarship funds for children of injured workers and focuses on aid to dependents or descendants of workers who are injured in the course and scope of their employment and received benefits under the Florida Workers' Compensation Law and who reside or whose accident occurred in the State of Florida.

Andy is a member of the American Bar Association, Florida Bar Association as well as the New Jersey Bar Association and the United States District Court of the District of New Jersey. Along with his fiancée and two children, Andy currently resides in Martin County.

David F. Mancini

Unique Insights into Injury Claims

Born in Detroit Michigan, David Mancini graduated from the University of Michigan and moved to Central Florida in 1991 to continue his studies at Stetson University College of Law. While attending Stetson, David was a member of the Stetson Law Forum; an avid student of trial practice and procedure; and during summers he clerked in Tampa, Florida for a Florida Board Certified Civil Trial attorney who specialized in personal injury and wrongful death. After passing the Florida Bar Exam, David was hired by the then largest law firm in the tri-county area of Indian River, St. Lucie and Martin Counties. Subsequently, the foundation of David's law career began with focus on Workers' Compensation Law representing some of the largest insurance companies and employers in Florida and nationwide.

Soon enough, David realized that he could make the biggest difference representing injured individuals and families, not large corporations. It was at that time, he partnered with Andrew Reich. Since 1998, David, Andrew and their associates have represented thousands of clients. David has developed tremendous insight into the way injury claims are handled, and takes great personal and professional satisfaction in helping injury victims achieve their needed and deserving rewards.

David takes great pride in helping local schools and organizations further education for children. There are countless local and national organizations that his family and firm have supported through funding and sponsorship. David is a former board member of Friends of 440, an organization which provides scholarships to the children and families of injured workers. David is an active member of the Florida Justice Association, which dedicated to strengthening and upholding Florida's civil justice system and protecting the rights of Florida's citizens and consumers. David, his wife, and daughter are residents of Palm City in Martin County and attend Holy Redeemer Catholic Church.

Associate Attorney at Law

Aaron Clemens is passionate about securing justice for people who have been injured due to another person’s negligence. He has represented clients through more than a hundred trials, including nearly 50 jury trials, and spent many hundreds of hours litigating before judges all over Florida. Aaron handles a broad range of civil matters including personal injury, employment disputes, private disability claim denials, contract disputes, and will handle select criminal defense cases.

Aaron has lived in South Florida since shortly after graduating from Georgetown Law in 2004. Aaron’s first job after law school in Washington, D.C. was at the Palm Beach Public Defender. Born and raised in Juneau, Alaska, he ended up at Juno Beach, ocean swimming that first winter. Aaron left the public defender after eight years to join a large firm representing corporate plaintiffs. After gaining critical civil litigation and appellate experience at the large firm to compliment his trial skills, he returned to aiding individuals by joining a small plaintiffs’ personal injury firm. In February 2015, Reich & Mancini selected him to help clients litigate personal injury matters.

Aaron favors civic and community involvement. He is past president of the Georgetown Club of Palm Beach, past president of the Palm Beach County Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and has been involved with his condo association board. He also served two terms on the Florida Bar’s Code and Rules of Evidence Committee. Whenever possible, he volunteers to judge student competitions or speak to students about law or higher education. He joined Toastmasters in 2014 and appreciates the fellowship with its diverse membership.

Aaron most loves spending time with his wife Rina, an attorney, who he was lucky to marry in 2011. In 2013, they were blessed with an adorable son. Aaron shares his appreciation of reading with his son, as well as his fondness for swimming and exploring.
